Most people bring me in because I take ownership. I care about the problem, not just the ticket. Started with code, ended up being the person who can build it, pitch it, and sell it too.
I've shipped 50+ solutions across SaaS, EdTech, AgriTech, GovTech, HoReCa — some of them at serious scale. Built the full digital platform for Central Asia's largest waterpark — 600K+ guests processed, 150+ IoT controllers, 3,000 smart lockers, physically wired and stress-tested every device on-site. Worked as Head of AI at an enterprise consulting company replacing fragmented ops with autonomous execution. Shipped agent architectures at a low-code platform competing with Zapier and Make — multi-model LLM pipelines across RevOps, MarketingOps, GTM. Built an AI sales agent that handles full inbound cycles across Instagram and WhatsApp autonomously — vision, vector search, RAG, LangGraph. Took a tutoring operation and turned it into an EdTech product from zero — 1,000+ paying students, 20K followers. Wrote backend modules for a $3M AgriTech SaaS with 30+ engineers.
I also teach AI and software engineering — teams, students, people starting from scratch. Some of my mentees got their first tech jobs while still in school.
Most of my free time goes into experimenting with whatever just dropped. Building, breaking, shipping. At 3am, turning it into production things instead of just vibes.
A lot of my work lives in private repos, client environments, or academic settings. GitHub is only part of the picture.
